Aluminum-plastic composite bottle caps are more difficult to recycle due to their composite materials.

Durability

Both painted aluminum coil stock and chrome-plated steel offer high strength and durability, making them less susceptible to damage during transportation and storage. Plastic bottle caps are relatively soft and prone to deformation or cracking when subjected to significant external forces.
